Queensland and Federation.
Brisbane, July 10.—In tho Legislative Assembly this afternoon, a draft bill for the constitution of the proposed Australasian Federal Council was under consideration. The measure was severely criticised by Mr Macrossan, who, however, agreed to tho desirability of federation.
