VAGRANCY.

J. Eardlcy Blakely was cirged under the Vagrant Act with being I rogue and vagabond, and having no law means of support. Sub-Inspector Pardy said h<j\_s a strong man, and able to work. The Bench said this was aJßncorrigiblo case, there being previous ch'ges against him. He would therefore orchl him to bo sent to prison for one year.
