GOLCONDA GOLD MINING COMPANY.
An extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of the Golconda Gold Mining Company was held at noon to-day in the office of Mr R. Home, Shortland-street. There was a fair attendance, the chair being occupied by Mr Morpeth. The followingresolution was moved by the chairman: " That this general meetingof the Golconda G.M. Company in liquidation approves of the winding up accounts of the liquidator, and declares that the affairs of the Company have been fairly wound up, and that the said Company be forthwith dissolved."
The resolution was adopted, and tbe meeting terminated.
