DUNEDIN.
(Per Press Telegram Agency.) This day. Grreymoutk Goal Company. OAt a meeting of Jshareholders in the Greymouth Coal Company, the committee report suggested that one of their number should go to Greymouth to inspect the mine and investigate affairs. It appears that if the coal could be sold at Dunedin for forty shillings there would be a large sale. The report did not approve of purchasing colliers. It expressed the opinion gthat the outlay in opening the mine was greater than necessary, and that scarcely a single promise made by the directors had been fulfilled. AJpropoaal that Dr Morin should act for the Punedin shareholders was made but the
meeting separated without adopting any resolution.
