BRISBANE.
November 23. It is proposed volurtarily to dissolve Broadwater Tin Company. The master of the Morning T igbt, schooner, reports that, seven miles south of Cap Palmerston, he found on the beach a boat constructed of ship's planking, painted white, named " Our Hope, ' apparently a loDg time in the water. A Walker's patent ship log, a hand lead-line, and a small lot of carpenters' i tools were aooard, but no sign of anybody in the vicinity.
