MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE.
A little girl, named Mary Jano Kelly, aged 11 years, is reported to the police as missing from her home in Upper Queen-street since 9 o'clock on the morning of the 30th instant, when she wa3 sent on an errand by her mother. She was seen about 5.5 o'clock on the same afternoon standing near the Maori market, on the wharf, since which time all traces of her have been lost. We need scarcely say that her parents are in a state of great anxiety about her, and that any information about her will be thankfully received. The following is a description of her : —Thin, sunburnt features, slight build, and brown hair. She wore a white spotted frock and a check pinafore.
