PENINSULA CRICKET SUB-ASSOCIATION
COMPETITIOA POSTPONED
A meeting of the Association was held recently when there were piesent Messrs T. Masefield and W. Newton (Akaroa Club), R. A. Mould (Wainui), H. Chapman and J. Mortlock (Little River). Mr R. A. Mould was appointed chairman and secretary for the season 1939-40. The Little River delegates reported that owing to petrol restriction they could not enlter a team in the competition. It was decided to postpone arranging a competition until the question of petrol had been decided with the I Postmaster at Little River.
