ALLEGED MURDER
DEATH OF N. C. ATKINSON (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Oay. Vincent David Anderson, a timber worker, aged 43, was remanded until to-morrow, by Mr F. F. Reid, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court to-day, on a charge of murdering Nathan Clark Atkinson, at ,Christchurch on October 19. Mr P. H. T. Alpers, who appeared for Anderson, said he wished to draw the court’s attention to the need fori making a fixture to hear the case. It| was getting close to Christmas and the j hearing would probably take two oi” three days.
