| INTRODUCTION IN HOUSE I (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 15. 1 Designed to correlate the Property I Law Act and the Land Transfer Act, a Property Law Amendment Bill sponsored by Mr H. G. R. Mason (Opposition, Waitakere), was introduced . and read a first time in the House of Representatives to-day. Mr Mason said, that the Bill, which 1 was based on British legislation, aimed | to express the law in a more coni venient form. It also enabled • reI strictive covenants to be registered I under the Land Transfer Act, a point | on which there was some doubt. 1 The Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. I S. G. Holland) gave an assurance that 1 the Bill would receive proper consider- | ation.
