The annual conference of the dairy section of Federated Farmers to-day referred to its Dominion council a motion that the section should approach the Government with a view to making every effort to have the exchange rate brought in line with that of Australia, ,Tlje motion was proposed by Mr B. C. O’Connor, of Auckland. .
