N.S.W. BUILDING RESTRICTIONS
CABINET DECIDES ON RELAXATION SYDNEY, April 12. The New South Wales Cabinet today decided to lift all restrictions on the building of homes and non-licensed residential premises in the State. Restrictions will also be lifted on extensions to existing dwellings, flats, and other non-licensed ' residential premises where the extensions are needed for residential purposes. Controls on the construction of churches, hospitals, and ( schools throughout the State will also' be lifted.
The Cabinet decided that S 5 per cent, of brick and terrocotta tile production will be reserved for homes, churches, schools and hospitals.
