Communist Party Outlawed (Ree. 12.30) LAPAZ (Bolivia), April 11. Bolivia outlawed the Communist Party to-day. A Presidential decree declared illegal the party “and all its activities and subsidiary organisations.” An official statement said the action was taken to prevent events ■ “which would cause irreparable harm.” . .. The Government announced last month that it had smashed a Communist revolutionary plot directed a high-ranking Russian army officer sent to Bolivia by the Cominform. *
