LEGATION ACTIVITIES IN LONDON - / ' (11.0 a.m.) BUCHAREST, March 16. The Associated Press says the British Minister to Rumania, Mr Walter Roberts, called on the Ruman- * ian Foreign Minister, Anna Pauker, to-day and delivered a Note, asking the Rumanian Legation in London to suspend, information activities and cease the publication and suspend the distribution of its Rumanian news bulletin. This measure follows a request made by the Rumanian Government to the British Legation in Bucharest on March 3 asking for the closing of the British information service at Bucharest, . .!
