APPLICATION MADE FOR INCREASE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, March 10. An application for an increase in the price of fuel oil is awaiting hearing by the Price Tribunal. It was stated by Mr H. L. Wise, of the Price Control Diivsion, before the Price Tribunal yesterday, that a launch company, applying for an increase in fares, based .its estimates of increased fuel costs on advice from an oil company that there would probably be an increase of 12b per cent, as a result. d£* devaluation.
