Man’s Lucky Escape f, NEW YORK, March 10. George Moore went to sleep on sleepers between the rails of the Southern Pacific Railway line at Oakland, California, < to-day. The police, however, found the body breathing heavily. They awakened Moore after some effort. He said he had not heard anything.
