SOVIET “HOPING FOR PEACE”
MR MALENKOV SPEAKS IN MOSCOW” LONDON, March 10. Reuter’s Moscow correspondent says that Mr G. M. Malenkov, one of Russia’s Deputy Prime Ministers, said in an election speech last night, that the Soviet would not give up hope for world peace and was ready to take part in any honest international effort to ensure it.
