The Minister of External Affairs (the Hon. P. W. Doidge), who has been in bed in Auckland with a severe attack of influenza, was able to get up yesterday. He said was feeling much better and he was going to be well enough to join the aircraft for Sydney on Thursday, on his way to Colombo. —P.A.
