BARMAN KNOCKED OUT
MONEY STOLEN FROM TILLS WELLINGTON, Jan. 3. A barman was assaulted and two tills robbed'when three men entered the private bar of Barretts Hotel at 10.30 on Monday night. About £,l|s is believed to have been stolen from the tills after the barman had been knocked unconscious. The incident will have a sequel in the Magistrate’s Court to-morrow, according to the police.
