BRITAIN WAS INCLUDED (Rec. 10 a.m.) BERLIN, Nov. 11. The centre operational area of the extermination organisation was shown on a map, in one corner of which was a separate map of Britain. General Theodore Busse, who was von Manstein’s chief-of-staff, said the area was under the direct orders of the Gestapo chief Himmler, and had nothing to do with the Army.
