A recent Post-Primary school bulletin is devoted solely to sand-dune plants. Asked without warning how many he knew the average person would probably answer, “Two, marram grass and lupins,” so that most are learning something when informed that there are nd fewer than 45. which., of course, include the two named but range from the natives pingao and spinifex, through a multitude' of grasses and small-leaved woody plants, to phormium tenax and pinus radiata,
