WOMEN’S HOCKEY
ASHBURTON WOMEN’S ASSOCIATION MATCHES FOR SATURDAY Next Saturday a nine-a-side knockout competition will be held in the Domain for senior teams. In the junior section an 11-a-side knock-out, competition will be played. Matches will begin at 1.30 p.m., and teams will play 15 minute spells. On Saturday, September 3, two senior B grade teams from Christchurch are coming to Ashburton, to play two Ashburton teams. The games will begin at 2 p.m. and 2.30 p.m.
