PERSIAN-SOVIET RELATIONS (Rec. 11 a.m.) TEHERAN, April 15. Ivan Sadchikov, Soviet Ambassador *to Persia, -left for Russia by car today, followed by a lorryload of luggage and another car with five unidentified passengers. According to a source close to the Russian Embassy, Mrs, Sadchikov remained behind.
Relations between Russia and Persia have been strained, following border incidents and reported Soviet troop concentrations neat the Russ-ian-Pereian frontier.
Russia recently announced- that all their consulates in Persia would be closed.
