A.—Copyright) (Eec. 10.2 d a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 10 Only two of the 21 German labourers ordered to start dismantling at Bochumer Yerein Steel Plant, this morning reported for duty, says the British United Press correspondent at Bochum. Two failed to turn up, seven refused to enter the workshops-, and 10 others remained outside the gates, “waiting for a peaceful settlement” inside the plant.
