Varied Programme

■ RESULTS OF EVENTS The Chertsey gymkhana was held on Monday, attracting a. large crowd, who enjoyed a varied programme. There were large entries in the horse, dancing and cycling events, and the novelty events proved exceedingly popular. Conditions for the day were quite good, although a strong wind at times proved troublesome. Mr C. Hay’s Seacraft won the Chertsey Handicap, the main event in the trotting programme.
