• ' V -• ' ■ PROTEST AGAINST SOVIET / INTERFERENCE (Rec.'10.45 a.m.) TEHERAN, April 1. Premier Hakimi sent a new Note to the Soviet Embassy protesting against Soviet “interference in Persia’s internal affairs.” The Note answered Soviet protests of January 31 against “American imperialistic activities” in Persia, which Persia rejected, and which Russia resubmitted last week. \ Persia alleged interference in Azerbaijan, and that a secret Russian radio was broadcasting against Persia.
