BRITAIN’S ELECTRICTY SUPPLY (Roc. 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, Mar. 31. Britain’s electricity supply industry passed to public ownership tonight. The industry, which employs 1,000,000, is technically the most advanced system of its kind in the world. The national power grid guarantees continuity of supply regardless of local breakdowns.
