ATOMIC BOMBS
U.S. Stocks Adequate (Rec. 9.30) NEW YORK, March 20. The Washington correspondent of the Associated Press quotes members of Congress to say that they had learned from kr David Lilienthal, chairman of the United States Atomic Energy Commission, that the United States had “an adequate supply” of atom bombs and was steadily maklpg more. The member said that this information had been given during Mr Lilienthal’s secret testimony before the House, Appropriations Committee on February 28. They added that they had not been given any exact figures, and they declined to say where the bombs were stored.
