NO ABATEMENT
PARALYSIS EPIDEMIC (P.A.) 'AUCKLAND, March* 28. Two more positive cases and one suspected case of infantile paralysis were reported in the Auckland province during the week-end. Both positive cases occurred in the South Auckland health district, and the suspected case in the central district. These cases bring the district total of positives up to 71. A boy aged eight years who was admitted to the Hawera hospital as poliomyelitis suspect was diagnosed yesterday as a positive case. The Hawera Catholic School, at which the boy was a pupil, has been closed and children under 16 will not he permitter to attend cinema theatres at Hawera.
