TITO ON TRIESTE PLAN
(Rec. 11.30) BELGRADE, Mar. 2G. Marshal Tito, in a speech, described the three-power proposal to cede Trieste to Italy as an “electoral trick aimed at preventing democratic forces in Italy from defending, in solid mass, their liberty and independence.”
