World’s Youngest Grandmothers
PARIS, March 24. In an unofficial contest Madame Perrioer, of Albertville, won the title of France’s youngest grandmother. She was a mother at 15 and a grandmother at 31. The world’s youngest grandmother is believed to be an American, Mrs Georgia Watson, of Savannah, who married at 12 and was a grandmother at 28. The youngest Empire grandmother is said to be Mrs Michael Rapa, of West Melbourne, who married at 13 and was a grandmother at 29.
