THIRD WORLD WAR A (Rec. 11.15) HONG KONG, Mar. 22. “I do not think a third World War is in the least probable,” said Lord Listowel, Minister of State for Colonial Affairs, at a press conference today, when a questioner recalled Hong Kong’s unpreparedhess at the beginning of tlie second World War. Lord Listowel said that Hong Kong should not start living as though another war was about to break out, but added that all reasonable precautions should be taken by sensible people.
