NO TRIBUNAL YET iP.A.) WELLINGTON. This Day. Negotiations are not yet completed for the appointment of an industrial tribunal as offered by the Government last Friday, for the settlement of flic power works? dispute in the Waikato. Asked about, the attitude of the professional Engineers’ Association towards a tribunal, the president, Mr A. F. Downer, said he did not think the association could be regarded as ti party to a tribunal. Membership of a tribunal was a matter for the Government, ns the employer, and those of its employees concerned.
