A girl aged eight years. aa-lio Avas admitted to the NeAV Plymouth Hospital, has been diagnosed as a positive ease of poliomyelitis. She had just returned from a holiday of three weeks in another district. No further restrictions have been imposed as a result. The case is the twenty-fourth in the Taranaki'health district since November 2, of which tAVo have been fatal. POSITIVE CASE AT AUCKLAND (P.A.) AUCKLAND, March 21. One case of infantile paralysis was reported in the central Auckland health district during the week-end. The patient Avas a child aged six, from the Waiuku district, who was admitted to the Auckland Hospital as a suspect on Friday. One suspected case, an adult from Takanini, Avas admitted to the hospital during the week-end. There were 45 positive and tAvo suspected cases in the hospital to-night.
