Weeping Totara
Only one weeping totara j a known to exist, states “Forest and Bird,” This remarkable tree is about 20ft In height and near the base is 20 inches in diameter. A few cuttings from it have been propagated. One has been planted as a memorial to the late Lieut. Ngarimu, V.C., another in memory of the late Mi- Tai Mitchell while a third is to be planted, in memory of the late Hon. J. G. Coates.
