HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS
VISIT TO TIMARU Although they were defeated, the A and B tennis teams from the Ashburton High School showed a marked improvement in play, as a result of their coaching, when they visited the Timaru Girls’ High School yesterday. Eighteen sets in the singles and doublies were played. The A team was defeated by 63 to 30 games and the B team by 63 to 25.
