CHARGE OF CANNIBALISM GUAM, Oct. 4. The United States Military Commission sentenced Lieutenant-Geneial Oshio Tachibana, a naval officer, captain Shuzuo Yoshii and. Major Sueo Matoba, to liang for cannibalism on Chichi Jima. The accused ate the roasted livers of executed American airmen. The commander on Chichi Jima, Vice-Admiral Kunzio Mori, was sentenced to life imprisonment tor neglect of duty in not preventing cannibalism. , Nine other prisoners were convicted of ordering or participating in the execution of American airmen and sentenced to terms ranging frorn five years’ imprisonment to life imprisonment. '
