Lorry Hits Electric Train.— Nine persons died from electric shock and 50 were burned or otherwise injured when a army lorry collided with an electric train, states a Batavia message. The lorry bounced off the train and broke a tower carrying electric cables which fell on to the train. The casualties were heaviest among Indonesians seated on the roof of the train.
