ROYAL COMMISSION POSTPONED (Rec. 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, July 31. The Cabinet is believed to have postponed until later in the year a decision regarding a Royal Commission on the Press, says the Parliamentary correspondent of “The Times.” Ministers probably prefer to bear the debate in the House of Commons on the motion from 100 Labour members in regard to it before making up their minds. , The House of Commons adjourns on August 2 for the summer recess, therefore no debate is possible until it reassembles in October.
