UNO INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS
NON-MEMBERS ADMITTED (Rec. 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 31. The New Zealand delegation to the International Congress of the United Nations Association at Luxemburg successfully sponsored a resolution that delegations from Austria, Hungary, Italy and Switzerland, which are not members of U.N.0., should be given the right to speak and participate in the discussions at the Congress but not to vote.
