HINDS P.W.M.U.
MONTHLY MEETING The monthly meeting of the Hinds p W M U. and the Guild was held recently at Lowcliffe. Mrs Taylor presided' over a good attendance and conducted the opening devotions. One new member was welcomed. The secretary read a missionary lett.er from Mrs Muir on life in the New Hebrides. Members were sorry to hear, since the wanting of the letter, oi' the passing of this great woman, and sympathy was accorded to her relatives. it was decided that members would assist with luncheon in connection with the P.A. on April 0. It w r as agreed to order the Misionarv Prayer Cycle for members. ‘Mrs Mclllroy gave a very inspiring address on the conference, and was accorded a vole of thanks, moved by Mrs G. Moore. A vocal solo, ‘‘Thanks God for a Garden.” was given by Mrs G. Moore, and afternoon tea was handed round by the hostesses, Mesdames Tait and Price.
