HANDED TO ALLIES
ESCAPED GERMAN PRISONERS LONDON, January 21. The Eire Government is handing over to the Allied control authorities 13 Germans who landed at* Kinsale, County Cork, after escaping from _ a prisoner-of-war camp at St. Nazaire, says the Eire correspondent of the “Daily Mail.” They are at present under open arrest, aboard their vessel. It is expected that French or British transportation will be arranged to take them back to France.
