RESERVED DECISION
Decision was reserved concerning the transfer of two properties by George Arnold, of Lagmhor, to Murray Prescott Yessey, of Hinds, by the Canterbury Rural Land Sales Committee, comprising Messrs W. H. Nicholls (chairman), and W. O. Rennie (member), and D. G. Ward (Crown representative), which sat. in Ashburton this morning. One property is of 200 acres and the other 180 acres, and they are four miles apart. A five-roomed dwelling is situated on the larger property. The Crown’s valuation is £IO2O less than the price asked by the vendor.
