POLISH-CZECHOSLOVAKI AN TALKS (Rec. 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 3. Prague radio denied the Moscow radio report that Poland had offered to open discussions with CzechosloThe radio said that if the suggested negotiations did take place, territorial questions obviously could not be discussed. In no circumstances could the Teschen frontier problem be discussed. The Polish attitude to this question was clear.
