FRENCH ARMY
REORGANISATION PROPOSED (Rec. 11.15 a.m.) PARIS, Dec. 3. The French army would be reorganised on entirely new lines, principles, methods and discipline and would be reformed, said the Army InspectorGeneral, General de Lattre de Tassigny, in a speech at Strasbourg. The iCrmy would become the pure, magnificent and popular young force that the people wanted.
