HARGEST IN SPAIN.
(Rec. 1.10) BARCELONA, Nov. 17. Brigadier J. Hargest, who escaped from a prisoner of war camp in Northern Italy some* time ago, being afterwards in Switzerland, arrived here yesterday after crossing the Franco-Spanish frontier on foot. He reported immediately to the Spanish authorities who granted him partial freedom.
