MAN DROPS DEAD.
Mr James Hurst, aged 71, of Ashburton, dropped dead at a private hotel in Ashburton late on Saturday afternoon. Ho bad been under the care of Dr. W. R. Ryburn, who furnished a certificate. No inquest was necessary.
