TENNIS.
HINDS CLUB OPENS SEASON. The Hinds Tennis Club opened the season on Saturday with a yankee tournament. The Rev. W. H. Carroll declared the season open and apologised for the absence of Mr S. Gilligan (president) wishing him a speedy recovery. The yankee tournament was won by Malcolm Robertson and lan MeClaren. Afternoon tea was served by the ladies.
