Yesterday Royal Air Force Beauiighters attacked factories and road and river transport in Burma. A number of supply barges and a double-decked steamer were damaged and at one factory the boilerhouse blew up. Blenheims, escorted by Hurricanes, bombed a Japanese supply dump at Alcyab, and an enemy-occu-pied village at the end of Mn-yti Peninsula.. From these operations all our aircraft returned.” British Official Wireless.
