THE BOY SCOUTS.
WEEK’S CAMP AT CHRISTMAS. The Ashburton Boy Scouts’ Association met last evening, Mr L. E. Carter presiding. Jt was decided to hold a camp for a w’eek, beginning on Boxing Day. The Cubs will then go into camp for two days. It was resolved to thank the. Borough School Committee for allowing the use of the Borough School grounds as a parade ground during the summer holidays. It w'as reported that seven Cubs had been invested as Scouts at an investiture held on Wednesday evening.
