ADJUDGED BANKRUPT.
At the Supremo Court at Timaru yesterday, before Mr Justice Northcroft, John Thomas Tilson, larmei, of Binds (Mr R. Kennedy), creditor, proceeded agaist H. A. Mclnnes, wool buyer, of Tinwald, trading as T. H. Loach and Co., debtor, on a summons to show cause why the debtor shoijld not be adjudged a bankrupt. The plaintiff gave evidence that Mclnnes owed him £260 5s 3d. The witness held no security.
An order adjudging the debtor a bankrupt was made.
